Welcome to Natural Weight Loss Information.  This site was established to help anyone who has ever struggled with being over weight.  Natural Weight Loss Information is for anyone who has ever tried another weight loss diet or fad diet only to see it fail them.  Fad diets and quick weight loss diets may work but usually they are only a temporary solution for a life long problem.  When it comes to weight loss, there are no magic solutions, no magic pills the key to success is consistency.   The best way to lose weight is by doing it slowly because you will feel less deprived. 

Natural Weight Loss Information provides free information for anyone willing to take the next step and make a commitment to losing weight.  We want you to obtain the body you want and deserve.  Healthy living and a slim well-toned body require a commitment to a properly balanced diet and a commitment to a consistent exercise program.

Most well-meaning, ambitious dieters try to lose weight by drastically reducing their consumption of food.  If you don’t eat you lose weight.  Right?  Wrong!  Your system initiates a defense mechanism that protects the body and stores the calories that it takes in.  I know from experience.  I have reduced my calories so much that I slowed down my metabolism so much that if I ate anything considered "bad" I would gain weight because I couldn't burn it off.  It goes without saying that I had no energy during this time.  I am sure you’ve seen someone, or maybe you are that someone, who didn’t eat but once a day and still didn’t lose weight.  Then when they gave up and started eating again, they gained more weight.

The best way to lose weight is to eat more often and smaller meals.  Just eat the right foods and the right portions. You should be eating at least 4-6 small meals a day, preferably more but it is not always possible.  Eat every 2-4 hours.  This keeps your metabolism firing on all cylinders and you will be able to consume more calories and still lose weight.  Your cravings will also not be as strong to cheat since you will be eating more often.
